There is no form on this page — a first message carries case detail, and e-mail keeps that in your own system and under your own retention rules. We answer enquiries from firms, including the ones where the answer is that the record is unlikely to exist.

A name, roughly when and where, and what your firm needs — a certified copy, a search, or a check on whether a record survived at all. That is enough for a feasibility note: a written assessment of where the record should be held and what can realistically be obtained. Send what you have; if something essential is missing, we will ask. No power of attorney is needed to reach that point; it comes later, from your client, once you decide to proceed.

NDA, pricing and languages

Wholesale pricing on request. We sign an NDA before you send case detail if your engagement requires it, and on request the deliverable carries no supplier branding. Correspondence is in English or Polish.
