Polish law governs the use of this site and any engagement entered into through it, and the Polish courts competent for the operator have jurisdiction, unless the engagement correspondence for a given matter provides otherwise.

Status of what is published here

Nothing on this site is legal advice, and nothing here is an offer within the meaning of art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code — it is an invitation to negotiate. What binds a given matter is the feasibility note and the engagement correspondence for that matter. What the service does not cover is listed in full under For law firms.
